收缩过程中，不影响包装物的品质，而能收缩快速，包装后的产品能密封、防潮、防撞击、适用于多件物品紧包装和托盘包装。

收缩包装机的配置主要在于发热管、整机隔热效果，这些是直接影响收缩效果、与整机使用寿命的关健。其发热管主要分:

1、石英管:是采用远红外线辐射直接加热，电子无级变速，固态调压器控温，稳定可靠。石英管是最初收缩机研发之时所采用的，主要以不锈钢发热为主，经广大客户的使用证明，不锈钢发热管是石英管寿命的8-10倍。

2、不锈钢发热管:优质的不锈钢发热管，内部双向热循环风，热量均匀、恒定。采用电子调速器调速，可以任意调整输送速度，以确保输送的平稳性及良好的收缩效果;
